Allen Schade AuD.

Family Hearing is the home of Doctor Allen Schade, “The Hearing Aid Doctor”.

He holds a doctorate in Clinical Audiology and is a member of several prestigious professional Associations:

American Academy of Audiology
California Academy of Audiology
Certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
Academy of Doctors of Audiology

Doctor Schade is also the author of a weekly advice column in the Orange County Register called “Ask the Hearing Aid Doctor”. Be sure to look for it. Doctor Schade is an acknowledged expert in the world of hearing aids.

He is very experienced with all types of digital hearing aids. And this includes the “invisible” hearing aids; the Lyric and the OtoLens.

Tana is our office manager. She has been here for more than three years. Tana is the one who keeps the office running. I don’t know if her best attribute is friendliness or efficiency, she excels at both.

Elizabeth is our newest staff member. She is our patient co-coordinator. She is responsible for coordinating patient recall visits, assisted living facility visits and, she is the head of our apple pie division!

The office opened in 1983 and Doctor Schade has been here ever since. We are open 9-5, Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available upon request.
